Hallelujah and Praise the Lord, First of all, I just liked to say, “Thank God, we made it to another year”.

Psalm 122:1 says: “I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD”.  To the ladies, I would like to say “be virtuous and empowered with fresh oil from our Lord”.  Keep your head up: Psalm 121:1 and 2 says: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth”.

Be strong and courageous and let the Lord keep leading you to be that virtuous woman God has formed and fashioned you to be.  For we serve the awesome God, He is El-Shaddai, He is creator and only He is worthy of our best…  The Lord is your friend and can also be your Mother, your Father and He only has the best in store for you.

Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars as you delight in these, Food and Thoughts, for your soul.

Keep your hand in the Lord’s Unchanging Hand
